One Top & One Bag : Four Ways


So, dear readers, as I have promised to you before, I'll try to put on some outfits with my new bags. The first opportunity will goes to the Sacchi satchel from Shopruche that I won from The Clothes Horse's giveaway. Since I don't have lots of spare time to go out and find any new nature-related surroundings for the background, I decided to use my backyard wall and a little help from Mr.Tripod to do some remixes. I pick a bluish floral blouse that I just got from a local sale to be paired with the navy satchel in four different ways. Yey! I never done any remixes post before so I was pretty anxious about the result and feedback that I probably would get from everyone. All I tried to do is find some accessories and separates that I usually use, then I mixed them based on my personal taste. I matched my vintage items with modern stuff to get multiple characters... They're quite simple, just like my own style in the daily basis. Here are they :

1. Gray Jeans, Crochet Hat and Flat Shoes
floral top : Ceil - jeans : Dust - flats : NY - bag : Shopruche - crochet hat : handmade, from my Aunt

2. Gray Jeans, Crochet Bolero, Cream Wedges
floral top : Ceil - jeans : Dust - bag : Shopruche - wedges : MarieClaire - vintage headband : handmade

3. Black Ruffle Skirt, Black Shawl, Flat Shoes and Hat
floral top : Celi - vintage ruffle skirt : thrifted - bag : Shopruche - flats : NY - tights : live in colour

4. Black High-Waist Skirt and Black Shoes
floral top : Celi - black high-waist skirt : give me back 80's - bag : Shopruche - black shoes : Otani

The satchel is just so beautiful and perfect for any occasions with its flexible colour and size! There are lots of remixes plans on my head waiting to be arranged... But four ways are sufficient for now, I guess. Still... I need to apologize for the lack of post lately. I know I need to be more discipline with my schedule. I missed to talk with everyone again. Thank you so much for keep coming and greet me, you know you're the reason why I'm always struggling so hard to put my blog on the priority list! And for several new readers (or new friends, as I prefer to call you with), welcome to my modest little journals of life. Hope you're enjoying your visit here!

And one important thing. I'm wishing you all happiness in the universe for today and the day after... It's essential to be happy. Sometimes we live our life only for habits - doing things we get used to do, appointments and plans that we need to fulfill... and forget to feel the sense of living itself. So may this little happiness wishes would be some itchy reminder for you to stop for awhile, look around, listen to your inner voice, breathe deeper, recall your dreams and desires, aware that you're alive and just let the two or three minutes after gone in gratification.


Take a good care of your soul... because you're all wonderful in every way.

  6. hello friend:)well, i just love the idea of mix&match.i absolutely adore all 4 outfits.the first one is so casual and yet stylish, love the crochet hat.the second one, so sweet.the thrid one is super cute, very romantic.i think in this third one the flower print blouse shows its power:)and last, but not least, the fourth one is very lady-like.love all of them, as i said before.also, the quote is just great, perfect for a day like this.i was trying to convince a friend today that in order to have happy friends around she should be happy too.well, hope you're doing well over there, missed your posts a lot.but take your time dear.

I love how you stand out so strong and the background is so dull grey, have you applied a filter over the top of them? Happiness is so important you are right!
