Okay, now I'm gonna share to you my other experience while I was back there in Singapore last month. Had troubled with restoring the photos since my macbook crashed down and I lost ALL the files I have on my harddisk... But saved by some friends, this post finally made its way to the blog. Well, on my second day in Singapore I visited Singapore Science Centre (SSC) to see the Dinosaur's LIVE Exhibition! It's a new concept of advanced technology displays and experience of getting to know the dinosaurs better than before. The people at SCC built-up a sort-of dinosaurland, a humongous landscape at The Annexe filled with real-size dino! And the most amazing thing is the fact that those dinosaurs were actually move, roar as well, in a very smooth and delicate way. I think that's actually cute - with all the details (like how I saw they blink!), flesh-alike skin (very soft), name and brief biography board for every species, these exhibition was really informative and inspiring. Like most of all the female participants, I was thrilled to know that there is a dinosaur species that named after female family name - Maiasaura (yes, -saura, instead of -saurus like many others). During the tour at the dinosaurland we were guided by the very brilliant Professor Patricia (I inserted my photo with her below). There's also a baby dinosaurs robot that incredibly moves like a small puppy! I was dying to have one but with all the integrated sensory ability I assume the doll will cost billions. SAD.

At the end of 'tour' we also get a chance to coloring our own dinosaurs pictures! There are many kind of dinosaurs that available to pick. Super fun!! I wonder where did my childhood flew - definitely not spent on museums. I feel like being a child once again, fascinated with everything I saw there. I wish I were a child so I could try riding on the dinosaurs-ride as well, but maybe i'd better wish they will made an adult-size rides for the next time.
The other great innovation is the 3D Dinosaur's Live application released for iPhone and iPad. Only by scanning a still pictures, you can have different 3D dinosaurs came "alive" on your mobile gadget! Diana made an awesome video about the application and the journey inside The Annexe, so to get the real picture you may check it out below! It was a great experience I had and I hope they will bring the exhibition to Indonesia as well. If you live in Singapore (or will be visiting nearly) do come by the exhibition! It will be held until the next February 26th, 2012 so you can have sometime to pick the schedule. For more detailed information, you can check their official facebook here. I think I'd made another visit with my family as well. Roarr!
